Gloria Haines
Gloria hails from Bloomington, Illinois, but has spent the last 30 years in Colorado. After owning and managing a ski lodge in Winter Park for 11 years, she learned that this was definitely what she didn’t want to do.
Starting in real estate in 1986, Gloria found that she enjoyed helping people find their dream home and that she was very good at it. She was asked to assume a managerial role for a Better Homes and Garden franchise in Lakewood, Colorado and had 65 agents working under her tutelage.
To simplify life, she decided that the next logical step was to start her own company. Haines and Company Real Estate served the Denver area market for 4 years. The big city 'rat race' was getting to be less and less fun, so the Haines' headed for the relaxed, friendly atmosphere of beautiful Pagosa Springs in southwestern Colorado.
In June 2003, they purchased Century 21 Wolf Creek Land & Cattle. The Haines’ are committed to having the friendliest and most professional real estate company in Pagosa Springs!
